Kristen and Collin’s session was at the Botanical Gardens in Largo.  I hadn’t photographed a session there in quite sometime and I’d forgotten what a great place it is.  Kristen and Collin were so easy to work with and we really had a wonderful time.  They came down from Virginia for the session and will be getting married at the Don Cesar in October.  I’m so looking forward to their wedding.  Enjoy!

I’ve decided to add a few Engagement Sessions that I shot recently. These were at locations that I hadn’t shot at before or been to recently. It’s always fun to explore a new location as it definitely spurs my creativity. I had so much fun with Nikki and Jeremy and I’m really looking forward to their wedding day. Especially if their Engagement Session was any indicator of what I have to look forward to. Enjoy!

Shannon and Sam’s wedding took place on July 4th in St. Petersburg. The ceremony took place at St. Paul Catholic Church with the reception following at the Vinoy in the Grand Ballroom. We had such an awesome time with Shannon, Sam, and their families and ended the evening with an awesome fireworks display. I wish every wedding could have fireworks

This post is the album layout from Jessica and Corey’s wedding that took place in June at the Don Cesar Beach Resort and Spa. Jessica and Corey came down with their families from Ohio for a Florida Beach wedding. The Don Cesar is definitely one of the most beautiful (and historic) hotels to host a beach wedding. The ceremony was performed by Tom Greene (who is so wonderful to work with). We were blessed with a beautiful Sunset that evening followed by a very nice reception in the South Terrace. Enjoy!

This next wedding took place in May at the Vinoy which is definitely one of my favorite venues to photograph at. There is no end to picture opportunities there for sure. Sophie and Darren came down from North Carolina for the wedding and were blessed with a beautiful weekend. The ceremony took place in the Tea Garden with the reception following at the Vinoy Country Club. Enjoy!

Okay, hold on to your hats, it’s going to be a wild blog post flurry. I’m finally determined to get caught up with all the wonderful weddings that we had last year and into this year. This first of these posts today starts out with Jamie and Andy’s wedding at the Tradewinds. Jamie and Andy came down with their families from the North East to have a beautiful beach wedding. They were so great to work with and there was plenty of laughter and fun to go around. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone last as long on the dance floor as Jamie did. Enjoy!

I’m very excited to share that the Don Cesar used one of my images for their current ad in Bride’s Florida.  Very cool!

Kristen and Matt were married last April in Tampa.  We started with coverage at the Hilton in Ybor and from there went to Sacred Heart in downtown Tampa for the ceremony.  The reception was then held at Higgins Hall.  Kristen and Matt were such a great couple to work with and the whole day went just perfect.  Kristen got her dress at C.C.’s in St. petersburg and Sacino’s provided the tuxedos.  Jacob with Music on the Move was their dj, Chad Wheelan did the video coverage, Amy Louis the floral, and Catering by the Family provided food and beverage as well as the wedding cake.  Enjoy!!

Okay, so I’ve gotten a bit behind on my posts these last few weeks.  As a reward for all of you who are anxiously waiting to see what we post next I’m going to be posting two wedding slideshows this week.  This first slideshow is from another beautiful February wedding.  Ashley and Dave’s wedding took place on Clearwater Beach behind her parents house.  Anyone who has done a wedding in their own backyard knows the tremendous amount of work that goes into this.  They definitely pulled it off and everything was just beautiful.  The had the wonderful Sarah Fairbairn with www.onefinedayinc.com there to make sure everything went off without a hitch.  I entered Ashley and Dave’s album in this years Florida Professional Photographers print competition and it received a merit award!  I’ll share that in a future post  Be sure to wait a few second for the slideshow to load and enjoy!
